As per DOPT O.M No.22011/7/86-Estt.(D) dtd 3.7.1986, the competitive quota of vacancies shall be filled to the extent available, the unfilled direct recruitment quota of vacancies shall be carried forward and added to the corresponding direct recruitment vacancies of next year for taking action for the direct recruitment.
